It would assist us if you could tell us the time you would like your Breakfast the night before. If you are leaving before the Dining Room is open, a Breakfast Tray can be placed in your room. As we prefer to use fresh ingredients in all our Breakfasts, a cooked breakfast is available only by prior arrangement and at least 24 hours notice.

Guest Facilities
There is a BBQ, Garden and Patio seating area for Guest use at the rear of the complex. If you wish to use the BBQ please enquire at Reception so we can attach the gas bottle and provide cooking utensils, oil and plates. Should you wish to reheat food in the room Microwave Oven, Plates, Cutlery and a cutting board are available from Reception. You are welcome to use the Dining Room to eat your meal. Please contact Reception.

Some parts of our property are private and therefore off limits to Guests. Should you wish to view the our other garden areas we would be happy to show you but you must be escorted by a member of staff - its an insurance thing.

Hot Water and Showers
In an effort to be ecologically responsible, we have installed smaller hot water units for each room. This way we do not have to keep large amounts hot water ready to be used which would result in higher power consumption. There should be enough hot water but should two people require showers, we recommend that you leave at least 5 minutes between showers to allow time for the hot water heater for your room to recover. The Hot Water system is computer controlled and only active for the days the room is booked so if there is no hot water, please contact Reception to have it reset.

Ladies
Please use the Makeup Removal Pads that we have supplied on the Bathroom shelf and not the towels to remove your makeup as it can be very difficult to remove the stains afterwards.

Housekeeping
We usually replace your towels everyday. If you do require extra fresh towels, please contact Reception.

Ironing
An Ironing Board and Iron are available for Guest use from Reception.

Mobile Phone Chargers
Please remember to take your Mobile Phone Charger with you when you leave. A Generic Phone Charger  with various cables is available from Reception if you have forgotten yours.  However, Beverley

When you arrive you will be given a key to your room. One extra key is available upon request. When leaving, please either return your keys to Reception or leave them in the room. Keys that are not returned will, unfortunately, have to be charged to your credit card.

Mosquitoes
The Town of Beverley, in common with many other WA towns, can suffer from the presence of a large number of mosquitoes. If you wish to sit outside your room or in the Guest Area, we suggest that you wear long sleeve clothing and apply an insect deterrent cream or spray. We are happy to supply mosquito coils, insect repellent and Citronella candles from Reception.

Noise
For the comfort of our other Guests, please refrain from making too much noise after 10 pm or before 7am. We politely request that children are kept supervised at all times. There is a Code of Conduct elsewhere in this booklet.

Please ensure that you lock your room when leaving at any time. The Management cannot accept responsibility for any loss of any personal items at any time, anywhere on the premises.

Should you lose your key, please contact Reception for a replacement key (charges may apply). We have a Key Safe system to allow secure entry to your room should Reception be closed or not attended and you do not have your key. Please ring (08) 9646 0073 for the PIN Number for your room.

Whilst we do not have individual Guest Safe Deposit Boxes, we do have a safe where Guest Valuables can be lodged. Please enquire at Reception.

Your extra luggage can be stored in a secure area within the B & B. Please enquire at Reception.
