In the eight months since we made Beverley our home, misfortune seems to have followed us. The Town of Beverley has shown compassion, friendship and assistance in making life easier for me during this difficult time of Stuart’s cancer diagnosis and my operation. May I say thanks to the Townsfolk in general but in particular to: Chris & Gail , Barry & Pauline , Geoff & Jenny , Lisa & Kevin , Ladies Darts , Beverley Hospital , St John Ambulance , The local doctors , Gerry Seeber & Wayne Ashworth who both came to my aid when they found out I had a dysfunctional kitchen. We are grateful to you all for being there at our time of need and many others for your help. Sincerely Pauline Walker

THE BEVERLEY SPY!!
Posted on the web: I went to Beverley on the weekend for the Ag show. What a great day!!!!then I found a lovely little shop down the far end of town it was a garden centre but also had a secret treasure trove of wonderful collectables , I spent ages browsing and found some tremendous bargains and the shop owners were great, they greeted me welcoming me to their town and indulged me in pleasant conversation whilst I browsed. What a lovely little town and a fantastic shop. I will return to your town again soon after having this enjoyable experience KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ALL YOU BEVERLEYITES, thanks ALL FOR A TERREFIC DAY!!!
