JOHN AMBULANCE VOLUNTEERS and HOSPITAL STAFF who did a wonderful job with the Motor vehicle accident last week.  Also to a local business person who kindly provided coffee and food for the paramedics who came in the helicopter. The community so appreciates your expertise and service.

FUNDRAISER FOR THE HOLLAND FAMILY (car accident family). Saturday 10th May at the FREEMASONS HOTEL from 6pm. Band “Blue Hornets” Sheep on spit & sausage sizzle - $10 per head for meal. KAITLYN AUGUST was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma Stage IV (end stage) when she was 3. She has now been living with her cancer for a whole five years. Just a note to let the town know what a pleasure it was to have the junior members of the Beverley Pony Club help out with the heating, serving and cleaning up of meals and dishes at the Netball Club wind-up.  These girls were extremely polite, helpful and very friendly. 1. The School was damaged and vandalised over the weekend of 8th and 9th of November, offending persons believed to be in a small group.

2. The Beverley Pool was broken in to on Saturday the 8th of November. Offending persons have broken in to the storage shed and thrown a Chlorine Gas cylinder in the pool.

***IMPORTANT NOTE - CHLORINE GAS IS A VERY DANGEROUS CHEMICAL AND CAN BE FATAL, HAD THE CYLINDER BEEN SWITCHED ON THE OFFENDING PERSONS WOULD HAVE ALMOST CERTAINLY DIED***
