Ricoh Business Centre Karratha has had technical representation in the Pilbara since the early 1980's. We sell and service only the well known Ricoh brand of photocopiers, fax machines and laser printers and we stock a full line of consumables and toners for Ricoh products.

The Service Manager and Proprietor, Barry Ross, has had considerable technical experience in the computer industry, both commercial and industrial, since 1968. This expertise covers the many electronic and mechanical technologies used in business machines to date. He has been the Service Manager, Chief Technician and Technical Trainer in several large computer companies in WA and has been resident in Karratha for over 19 years.  He was formerly the resident Senior Computer Engineer in charge of Process Control Computing at the Woodside LNG Plant in Karratha for a prominent international computer company and has run Ricoh Business Centre Karratha for the last 8 years.

Joan Ross, who is the Accounts Manager and co-Proprietor, also has experience in catering management as well as in the photocopying industry. Again, Joan has also been resident in Karratha for over 19 years.

Jon Rothwell is the Field Technician and brings experience in photocopiers, computers and mechanical trades to Ricoh. Jon also has extensive experience in small business as a proprietor and has been resident in Karratha for over ten years.

Michelle Rothwell is the Service Coordinator and Technical Assistant and has completed a number of Office Administration Courses at Karratha College. Michelle has been resident in Karratha for over 19 years.

Ricoh Business Centre is located in Karratha with a workshop and office in the suburb of Nickol and services the towns of Karratha, Dampier, Wickham, Roebourne, Port Hedland, South Hedland, Onslow, Exmouth and Pannawonica. We service over 300 Ricoh brand photocopiers, faxes, laser printers and duplicating machines in our area.

All our technical personnel are fully trained and experienced. We endeavour where possible to maintain a technical presence in Karratha at all times including holiday periods. This level of service is not always possible with the smaller one-man operators in this area.
